Once a service is availed or software is purchased, the transaction is final and non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review service details before making any payment.

2. Software & Digital Services

• All software solutions provided by Smart Village Computer Hub are licensed or customized for specific user needs.

• Software once sold cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• If there is a technical issue with the software, our team will assist in troubleshooting or provide alternative solutions where applicable.

3. Service Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments made for computer training, website development, SEO, and other IT services are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and understanding service terms before purchasing.

• If a customer faces difficulties in accessing a service, they may contact our support team for assistance.

4. Exceptional Cases

While refunds are not provided under normal circumstances, exceptions may be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
